Have been working with them since May 2012. They neglected to complete paperwork and just found out this month that some of my quarterly taxes that I have been paying them to file were not filed. They let three quarters go by and didn't say anything and subjected the family business to tax liability. When confronted with their error: excuses, blame shifting and very little effort to make it right. Starting a new business in this state and in this economy is hard enough without Paychex making it more difficult. Don't make the same mistakes we did: use another payroll company.
