Payless is not so bad. They do not have the best material for shoes but they are ok. I bought several shoes here. I usually take advantage of their great deals buy one get the second pair half off. They have boots, shoes, flip flops, sneakers, socks and accessories like belts and hand bags. The staff is mixed, friendly and helpful. Truereview here to tell you the truth.
