I have been purchasing appliances and TV from PC Richards for almost 20 years now and they have always stood behind everything and always corrected any problems no matter how long I had an appliance.
However just over a year agony husband and I had to buy a new range, we had it only a few months and the large burner stopped lighting. We called for service and scheduled for a Saturday . Had to wait a while to get a Saturday, which I understood, since most working people need Saturdays. When they came they didn't have the part. They said they would called when they had it to set up a return date and time, when they finally called and I again asked for a saturdaytbey told me it would be a few weeks, at that point I got angry and said I only had the oven for a few months and was NOT happy. They then offered to send someone out the next Saturday. Well guess what a few months later the sme problem! I went into the store and my salesman who I love was on vacation the"store manager" said they only fixed it once before so he could send someone out I told him I want wasting a Saturday home and I had Friday available till 1 pm. That's today the guy called at 8 am and said he would be here between 11 and 2, half a sleep I said ok
Well guess what it's 2:20 and no repair man
Not happy PC Richards NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!
