I have been dealing with pealers since the 70"s and never had a problem until now. First they sent my friend a plant who's mother had died. she refused to accept it because it looked like something they just dug up. so Pealers brought her another one but that never should have happen. Then just last week I ordered a gourmet basket and they went to to wrong house where it was left on the porch where the squirrels got to it. they gave some lame excuse an sent another one but again to the wrong house my friend finally got it but only after her husband spotted the truck leaving the wrong house. What a hot mess.
