This place sucks hard. I live directly above a chain smoker. There are holes on the floor in the water heater compartment which allows the chain smokers smoke to enter my apartment. The washing machine box is another straight shot for his smoke. Management doesn't care. "It's his right to smoke". The air conditioning/heating ducting is all rusted out so when the a/c or heater is being operated, pieces of rusty metal fly out. The balcony is detaching from the building and eventually will crash to the ground. The ceiling was severely damaged from the leaking roof. Roof was fixed but ceiling looks like it could be a potential hazard. Maintenance repairs get done but with cheap material and often break shortly after they are installed. These people are cheap.

There are stray cats all over the place. Some of them look sick. Manager was notified but says she can't do anything unless she knows who owns the animals. There is dog c@!p and bird c@!p all over the place. The laundry room is usually filthy. Garbage dumpsters are usually overflowing and full of cats.

The only reason I've stayed here this long is because I was too lazy to go out and find a better place. I'm leaving in May for sure. Be sure to check for smokers and stray animals when you stop in. Check this place out real good or you'll be sorry.
