Pearl Nails Spa is located at 11215 S I H 35 Ste 112 in Austin and has been in the business of Spas since 2009.

I have been getting "solar" nails for a long time now. I usually go to Regal Nails at Walmart. I thought I would try "Pearl Nails and Spa" because they were closer to my house. I asked to remove the current nails and start over. The operator practically ripped off one of my nails and still could not remove the old nail off. So..then she decides to soak it in Acetol. Well, my nail was already bleeding and you can imagin what that felt like. (Try cutting your cuticle and then soaking it in alcohol) She did not use any anticeptic to clean the nail. My fingers have never hurt when I get my nails done. But they did this time. I have 3 nicks on my cuticles where she slipped with the grinding tool. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy or my in-laws. They were not very friendly either. Another lady was there and they started doing a manicure for her and had to remove the nails they just put on because they were not what the customer wanted. I am glad I did not get a pedicure, she probably would have ripped off my toes. My fingers still hurt today and you can see the nail tips they put on to due the solar nails. They look awful and they hurt.
