Ditto 3 years later.....:
My, how things have not changed.....nobody tore off a tag while I was there...but the the wait to view slabs was absurd.

Customer Service = HORRIBLE:
I've heard this place had a bad reputation, but that they have a good selection so I went anyway. Well I saw the slabs that I wanted, although there was a HOLD tag attached to it. I asked the guy that worked there to see if he could check to see if the hold was still good. He instantly TORE THE TAG OFF and said "THEIR YOURS". Well of course I was extatic, but what if those were my slabs on hold and I came to pick them up and they were already sold to somebody else?
