This well-regarded Bethesda New American bistro was recently rebooted with a cheaper, more casual approach to its menu, though it still includes old favorites; it also added a skylight, larger front windows and white walls, giving it a brighter look, which is punctuated by pops of color from oversize canvases of fruits and vegetables.
