No no no never again no !!!:
I will NEVER NEVER take my dogs in to be groomed at this place again !
I spoke to the owner of the grooming place on the phone before I even made an appointment, I had a LONG meeting in which I could NOT have been more clear. On the phone, and when I came in I followed up by MORE information face to face, AND I brought THREE different color photos on 8.5 x 11 paper of how I wanted my two 6 month old Labradoodles to be trimmed. I could NOT have been more clear saying DO NOT TRIM THEIR FACES !! I like the Labradoodle look, but I do NOT in ANY way like the foo-foo poodle face look. I live on a working horse ranch and do NOT want foo-foo looking dogs when clients arrive. Again, I could NOT have been MORE clear. I even touched the photos standing there and said DO NOT CUT ANY OF THIS FACE HAIR.........you don't even need to ask me what they looked like when I picked them up. They had that stupid top knot and their faces were all trimmed!!!!! They didn't even look like my dogs. AAAHHHHHhhhhhh.....Plus they were trimmed down to VERY pink skin on their legs and body. I said "trim the body with the hair not less than ONE INCH in length". Again, I gave them THREE pictures.
I am SO mad. I now can't take them out in the sun for very long. I now can't show off my dogs for a LONG time till their hair grows out. So much for having fun young puppies to show off to my clients.
An idiot should have been able to follow my VERY clear instructions AND multiple photographs.

I called the owner, Lindsey, and her response was "they made an interpretation of what I said". NO apology ! Apparently the words " Do NOT touch their faces" was too hard to understand.
BAD BAD customer service....NO remorse for their screw ups.
