Not one employee has experience, nor do the owners. This is a cookie cutter operation that anyone can open.

I had never boarded my dog before and I chose pet Ritz because of how comfortable I knew my dog would be in the cage less environment. I was also pleased to learn web cams are available 27/7, and I could take her in very early in the morning.
Still, it was hard to drop her off, and while doing so, my daughter started to cry, she really did not want to leave her puppy. The girl working there (Christy) was so amazing to us. She took my daughter by the hand and offered to let her choose a nice comfy spot for her. My daughter was able to "tuck" her in, and we both felt so much better. We left with smiles on our faces.
I feel awesome knowing I can now plan some vacations and not have to worry about anything.

I did not realize there were places like this. My vet sent me to take a tour and I made day care reservations on the spot. My only worry is that they are going to fill up and it will be really hard to get a reservation.
