petco vacaville bad groomers:
made an appointment for the groomer, they cancel a day before saying groomer got bit by cat. no one else there to do dog. made another appointment the following week. they called half hour before appt and said groomer was sick no one there to do dog. later the groomer on the phone said that my dog was vicious thats why they cant do him because it takes three people to do him. 1) bad choice of words 2) tell me that you dont have the experience or professionalism to do my dog but stop cancelling appts for b.s. reasons. We have been going there before but each time dog was "different and more aggressive" after coming back for a few hours. i considered it to my dog just doesnt like to be groomed. Later on brought my dog to another groomer that did him BY HERSELF that did him in ONE HOUR AS OPPOSED TO SIX, and for 40 dollars as opposed to 60. No problems from the groomer she said he was an angel. Conclusion to the story is that they made him vicious (Bichon Frise) every time he goes there because the dog can sense when they need to show their teeth. They damaged him. Will never go there.

Do not go here:
This Petco is HORRIBLE. Every time that I've been in this store I have recieved horrible/no customer service whatsoever. I recently went in to buy gifts for a family member; it took me almost 45 minutes to find what I needed (it was specific) and I saw NO employees at all while I was looking. Then the manager, Rob, refused to honor my 5 off 25 coupon FROM PETCO.COM. Needless to say I forced him to call corporate, which should have solved the problem, and he still refused to give it to me even though it was a valid coupon. Needless to say I actually left the store crying because of how they treated me, without buying anything I made the trip for. I will never be going to this PETCO again, and I personally would not recommend going there unless you are literally out of whatever you need, have no coupons to use, and just want to get in and get out. If you are a PETCO Pals member, go to the new PETCO in Exeter on Perkiomen Avenue. The people working there actually care about their customers and the pets they serve; they will take time to help you find what you need, carry it if it's too heavy for you, and follow the actual corporate PETCO policies.
