Great teachers evil owners:
The teachers & director are wonderful. However the owners are evil. Be aware of what they offer. Make sure everything is in writing, and no verbal agreement with them. Even if they offer, if you don’t want it, you have to say no in writing.

Our 3-year-old kept getting sick at that school monthly. So when we were planning to have a vacation, we asked to withdraw her, then they offered verbally to secretively remain her spot without going through the waiting list in the future. They also told us that it is very grateful of them to keep us until whenever we are returning. Then due to the economic down side, we never planned to go back. After our kid got sick 2 times [fever for a few days] there in 1 month, we asked them to refund us the deposit, not even care about the half month of tuition and time we had to spend to take care of our kid.

They said we didn't give them 30 days advance notice. We already informed them that we will withdraw her more than 30 days ago. Even we didn't agree to accept their grateful offer, they considered that we didn't ask to withdraw her in 30 days advance notice.

So don't be like us, we lost $1,000 to them, we have learned our big lesson.

We loved Peter Pan Preschool with our first born. The former owner, Mrs. Rhoda, was great and super. With our second child, we planned to go back there again. Yet, we have heard some very bad things about the new owners, I was skeptical before we enrolled our young kid. Then because the same teachers & director are still there, we thought the new owners won't be that bad. That was why we enrolled our second child.

If you are looking for great teachers, they have them. If you are also looking good businessmen. You will be very disappointed. Just make sure everything is in writing. After all, if any owners limited their employees to take vacation on the dates they desired, and limited the teachers to do stuff in dark while full floor of kids are taking nap in the same room, don't expect they will treat their customers fairly. I would only give the big applause to the teachers and the director.
