Again no oil delivery, and my 83 year old mother has no heat-how difficult is it to schedule a monthly oil delivery in December? Of course they have her $863.30 in her account, but that probably isnt the issue-3 times in the last year this has happened, and obviously they just don't care about their customers-maybe new ones but not existing ones- they track oil usage..etc.. but just can't figure out a delivery schedule.
When I call to let them know she needs oil-amazingly they were going to deliver it later that day-really????????
