My dog & I love to come here the worker treat us very friendly like family.

I went to pick up my dog after a weekend of being out of town and they brought out a dog that was not mine! When I told them that wasn't my dog, they were visibly concerned. As it turns out, they mixed up my dog with another and then sent mine home with a person who had come to pick up dogs for their friends, not the owners. My dog spent a night in a strangers home in an unknown situation. I am irate and cannot believe that the young man tried to offer me a $10 gift certificate and a complementary one night stay, like I would ever board my dog there ever again!
