I absolutely love PetWorks. I have been bringing my German Shepherd puppy there for a few months. She gets so excited when we get in the parking lot! On days were I will be gone too long to keep her in a crate, it is a huge relief knowing she is getting the best possible care and socialization. It has made a huge difference in her socialization when she meets new dogs when we are out walking. She had to be approved first for doggy day care which was an added bonus as I know all the other dogs also have to go the the process as well. The staff is great and always accommodating as my schedule fluctuates weekly. I have also taken her to obedience classes at their training center which a great experience. I highly recommend PetWorks!

This establishment has been reported to the BBB and Ohio Attorney General for fraud. Channel 19 News Cleveland recently did a story on them showing how they charge customers for luxury boarding rooms and crate their dogs in kennels instead. There is no overnight surveillance or supervision, the dogs are left alone 11 hours and 45 minutes each night and even longer on the weekends. Employees come in from 7:30-10:30am and 4:30-7:30pm on Sat/Sun. Here is the full story. Judge for yourself.
