Phi's Discount Fabrics was founded in 1990, and is located at 618 University Blvd E in Silver Spring.

We sell fabrics of all kinds: Men, Women, International fabrics, including cotton, polyester, lace, ankara, chiffon, silk, chinese silk, various lining, We also provide sewing services of all kinds. On site we have a dressmaker and tailor that specialize in making women dresses, prom dresses, African attire. Alterations are also available and special service such as custom button and accessories.
