"A big bowl of steaming-hot love" with "many options for extras" stars on the menu at these local Vietnamese "standard-bearers"; despite decor that makes "elementary school cafeterias look like the Four Seasons", service is "fast" and it's "cheap, cheap, cheap"; P.S. cash only and most locations close at 8 PM nightly.
