Yhe chain had come off my opener and I called Precision to take a look at it. I thought it needed to be replaced. The mechanic came to my haouse and looked at my opener. He was able to fix my opener instead of replacing it. I thank him for offering me a less expensive way to go since money is a little tight these days. My opener now works great!
