Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services in Ellsworth is the worst company I've ever received service from. My house recently burned down and I was told the electricity was disconnected by the fire department. Turns out it wasn't, and despite my explaining this to Pierce Pepin they would not take off the facility charge even though I used no electricity. Obviously you can't change who you get electricity from but I would beware of their propane services, because they care only about making money and don't care what your circumstances are.
