The first Pig ac~nac2 Whistle was owned & operated by John Mahon of Ireland.He opened it in 1969 in the old townhouse of President Taft on W. 48th street,in the heart of the Rockefeller Centre.It quickly became the meeting place for New Yorkac2s literary & banking elite.
