Pilgram John Howland Society

Founded in 1897, our genealogical society, The Pilgrim John Howland Society, is open for membership to all who can claim Howland as an ancestor. We are based in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

John Howland was born about 1592/3. He came to Plymouth on the Mayflower in 1620 as a servant to John Carver. During the Atl...antic voyage, he was swept overboard and rescued. He also served as a member of the party that explored Cape Cod before the landing in Plymouth. See More
