parkside apartments are bed bug and rat infected.I live there for seven yrs. mr Jacob freeman is been a slumlord ever since he brought over the building about 5 or 6 yrs ago. I had multi problem with this landlord he's very rude and nasty and also don't care about the living of his tenant. All he care about it his money. just two day ago he throw all me and kids belonging out in the trash without the proceed of the courts and change all the locks to my apartment. If u ask me I think a petition need to be starter and this building get knock down.
