Native of Rome, Marco has been a resident of Chicago since 1996. Working his way through restaurants all over the city, decided to start his own empire in Chicago. Starting in 2001 with the opening of Pizza Metro. Providing a taste of his own country within our city limits, dedicated to the taste and presentation of the products Marco is one of enthusiastic business owners in the city.
