Boasting a wood-burning oven, Pizzeria Orso turns out pies with a tender, slightly sour crust and with toppings that are juxtaposed for color and flavor. While the traditional Neapolitan flat pies with their bubbled and charred edges are topnotch, sample one of the few folded pizzas enclosing a cheese or meat filling.
