I signed a purchase agreement got the loan did all the work and then a week later, when i am supposed to be getting my credit card refunded for my $1000 deposit, they tell me "sorry, but we didn't tell you that you had said that you wanted to put $1000 cash down, we can just take it off the credit card". Even though in my purchase agreement it is underlined that i was putting 0 down. Horrible. I would never go through them again or suggest anyone else do. Be very careful of this place.
