Tan Planet specializes in Tanning Salon.

My third time to tan here, I asked for 10 minutes and was put in for 20.. which I didn't realize 'til the time was up. WORST BURN IN MY LIFE!! When I complained (with a beet-red face) the manager gave me an uncompassionate "sorry." Next time, I got completely undressed and pressed the start button and NOTHING HAPPENED!! Next time, I asked for my membership to be terminated, then she offered me a month for free, which I accepted (why not?).
Just checked my bank account: my dues were still debited. Everyone at this Planet Tan is incompetent!
