I lived in these apartments for about 1 month when I first moved to Houston about 2 years ago. The place is NOT well kept and the people do not keep thier word. When I wanted to move out they said I owned more then we agreed. I paid in full anyway. 8 months I was contacted by a credit agency that said I didn't pay. I sent my canceled check as proof. Now my credit report has been marked with a compliant for non-payment for the bill I paid. THESE PEOPLE SUCK.
