Plus One Defense Systems

We offer martial arts classes for adults and for kids in a myriad of styles. Classes are available six days per week. We also have a full fitness center.

Plus One is the place to be. I trained there for months without realizing all that they have to offer. I've now started training in a new discipline, and I enjoy being able to cross-train in the different styles. The best part, I can train in different martial arts for FREE.
