Point Pleasant Collision was founded in 2007, and is located at 3211 Bridge Ave in Point Pleasant Boro.

Having been in customer service my whole life It's easy for me to say that times have changed & finding a superior place of business has now become even harder than ever to find & that's why I could not wait to write this review! My sons car was hit in the rear as he & I were stopped at a toll plaza after about only 3 months of him buying it & having been an Automotive Service Manager in various dealerships for 20 plus years I knew that going through the whole auto insurance process and finding a good body shop was usually a stressful situation. Having passed by Point Pleasant Collision thousand's of times as they are located right on Bridge Ave in Point Pleasant Boro & also across the street from where my son is employed we always noticed & even discussed the cleanliness & attractive appearance along with the variety of auto's from regular to high end that are usually seen on or going into the facility. After calling my insurance company (Plymouth Rock) my adjuster called the next day & asked if I had a body shop that I was gonna use & I mentioned Point Pleasant Collision to her & to my delight she said that they are one of their superior shops & also a direct pay shop which basically means no waiting for her to come out and write an estimate and she told me that Patrick the body shop manager would give me a call that day which he did to my surprise & he told me that we could bring the car by as soon as we wanted to! We brought the car to them on Monday December 29th & to my amazement the car was finished on Wednesday the 31st New Years Eve with the craftsmanship, & paperwork all done to perfection! Basically all we had to do was drop the car off & pick it up! This place rocks! Patrick and his crew are friendly & incredibly talented at what they do & he even fixed an area that was starting to rust for us for free! I highly recommend them to everyone in every way shape and form and believe me if you use them you too will be amazed at the impeccable way that they do business. Easily 5 Stars all the way!!
