Thank You Tina M Maria!:
I would like to confirm that Tina’s review was honest. There have been serious problems regarding medications and they have NO system for meds given..
It’s super interesting that “Jeff” (Owner of the permanently closed Auburn Stables) vouches for her.
It’s typical how any client’s smallest, yet important complaint or negative review is always met with a person expressing absolute disbelief that ANYTHING negative could ever be said about her or her business. Ms. Giesey needs to be honest about her experience and cease placing false “positive reviews” to look good. Good Service gets good reviews by people that actually exist. Ask yourself when you read the reviews “are they written in a similar style?”✅ “are the “authors” of the reviews identifiable in any way or do they look like a general name one would use if posting repeated, random reviews?”✅ Negative reviews should be learned from, but every time one is posted, there is a “vendetta” against Jill and Pooch Palace. There is “no vendetta” In your review or behind this review. Just the truth. She needs to be honest with herself and with her customers. There’s no room for sympathy or the narcissism behind her little “review/reply” Because I took my dog there for quite a while I was close with the staff and alarmed several times over incidents I witnessed. As a result, my review is one written from the point of an Animal Advocate, Not an angry former client. There are some serious problems that need to be addressed and after witnessing one event, I chose not to return my dog for daytime care. I’m doing Jill a favor by not describing in detail what I witnessed. Things might look shiny and good in the leaflet, but the reality is that she does not deliver the service and care she claims to. The promises made regarding care are hollow at best. Our pets are our family and they deserve the best. Make your own decision and go on your gut instinct. Don’t hesitate to show up in the middle of the night to see if staff is REALLY there like I did.

I want to inform the public because I really care about dogs.:
I will pray for Pooch Palace, Jill and Jeff Kasper.

Sometimes the truth hurts, but that's how we all improve in ourselves and businesses is through feedback. Right?

I don't know anyone at the business and have nothing against the owners or staff.

I stated a positive remark that the staff members are caring over and over.

I simply care about animals and I want to simply inform the public of what I experienced.

I am a christian woman and have only to state my negative experience because my dog could have died due to mismanagement.

The sooner that is accepted, the sooner Pooch Palace's medication processes can be improved.
Right?

Again, sometimes the truth is hard to accept.

But I am honestly stating what I simply experienced on factual evidence. I have no hate or anger personally toward the people. I am angry that my dog could have died by improper care management.

I am very worried about other dogs. I have a right to inform the public that they forgot to give my medications and Pooch Palace didn't even know.
Sorry but that is mismanagement that could have cost my dogs' life.

My dogs have been boarding for many years. I simply needed a new kennel because my husband and I relocated due to employment.

We had no prior problems with kennels or care just relocated. Just so you know the truth.....

We wanted reliable "24/7 care" and that is simply why we tried Pooch Palace. Again we relocated and I wanted care for my beagle for medications.

I am sorry you have to get involved in this, but I am simply telling the truth on an event that my husband and I experienced.

That's what reviews are for.....to tell people what they experienced from a company's product or service.

sorry you feel I am personally taking this out to direct this towards Jill. That is not my intentions. I am simply telling the truth about improper services my husband and I received.

"Services" not personal.

1 heart pill and 2 seizure pills were never given to my beagle in a 2.5 day of care. Staff and owner never knew. I knew because the physical pills were still left in the bottle upon my return home with the dogs. I measured out the exact amounts with a full page schedule. Pills were left over meaning they were not given. They didn't give my beagle all her heart or seizure medications. I gave Pooch Palace full opportunity to justify why?

The part that is very concerning to me for other dogs is Pooch Palace didn't even realize pills were not given. That's something to think about when boarding your dog here.

Rebuttal:
It is evident that Ms TinaMarie has a personal vendetta to vent. i have been associated with the owner of this establishment for 32 years, primarily in a business capacity. Being in the animal care industry myself (horses) I feel that I am in a good position to judge. My personal opinion is that you could not find a better place to put your dog. I know the care and compassion that both Jill, her daughter, and the ohers feel.Could a mistake have happened, sure. Is it of the magnitude that is portrayed by Ms. Tina? No. It is interesting to note that Ms Tina likes to write negative reviews in general. My research fails to find anything positive she has said about anybody. Home away from home:
We regularly take our Yorkie, Sasha to Pooch Palace for several years and have always had very positive experiences. Every dog gets special treatment. It feels like being at home for Sasha. She is small and there is consideration for a dog’s size and temperament. Our Sasha had a medical issue come up while we were out of town and the staff was very attentive to notice and took her to the vet for treatment. I appreciate how Jill called to inform, her recommendation and permission. When we show up everyone remembers her name and Sasha is happy to see the staff as well. It is a relief to be away for a weekend or week and not have to feel our little dog is in stress but is well and cared.
