First we had to call a bunch of times just to get them to come over and do the work we would always call and be told we would get a call back (it didn't happen). Then he finally came over put the new window in our house and broke it (ok thats fine it was an accident could have happened to anyone) so he already made the unit came over put it in and broke it said he would call later that day to make a new time to replace it again. About a week later he finally called said he had it already made but he couldn't come over because the papers were in a truck somewhere not with him so he said again that he would call back later never did. It has been a little over a month now so still no call. We called yesterday and guess what! he said he would call us back and we are still waiting on that call and for a fixed window. LAME company if you ask me. Save your money and pay a real company!

UPDATE: The guy called back and put our new window in. Somethings I still didn't like how he wasn't professional about the pick up .. put the old broken glass in our trash can but when it came time for paying he took off the 33 dollars and change that was on the bill only leaving us paying 100 dollars. He said he was lowering it because of the time it took for the work to get done.
