We are a complete fitness facility featuring: Indoor track,Treadmills, Ellipticals, Steppers, Bikes,Free weights, Machines( Nautilus, Cybex, ect.) Aerobics studio,Racquetball, Wallyball, 25 meter Pool, Sauna, Steam room, Whirlpool, Lockers and Showers .

Very reasonable membership fees, very low day guest fees--all classes INCLUDED in both (except Zumba $5, which is low!). Only gym in the area with all of this; classes included, INDOOR track, POOL, SAUNA, STEAMROOM and WHIRLPOOL, and over 80 machines. Lots of FREE parking.
