JC Newbie is describing himself. I had to throw him out because he broke all the rules, all the time. He wears a hat almost over his eyes, and dark glasses to conceal himself. Thinking I would over look his nutty ways. He can be as nutty as he wants, but not in my store. .He was asked to leave his previous mail box store for no apparant reason, as per his reasoning.

The owner of this place is rude and the opposite of helpful. I won't go there ever again for anything b/c of the way he treated me when I asked how much more it cost to mail something from them instead of at the post office. There was nothing posted about the mark up. It was a simple question and he attacked me. He refused to share how much more he was charging.

Jersey Citites should get good service. We should not frequent businesses that have poor customer service.

Forget about the bad service and short hours or the fact that they ended stealing close to $100 from me - the 50-something-year-old lunatic, Richard Mendez, who runs this place has repeatedly tried to engage me, a customer, in physical altercations - he frequently goes from being nice to yelling and getting in people's faces like some sort of crazy homeless man, for what a sane person would consider no reason at all

He did a great job with a notary services and they work very late at night
