I'm the owner of Power & Performance Air Inc. Who are you and why are you badmouthing my company? You have posted the same thread across several different boards... I was told by a customer of mine about this. I know you are not one of our customers because what you are saying is false. You have posted the same complaints all over the internet. If you are another company try to get business through good service and customer satisfaction. Not juvenille online slander of other businesses. And by the way, we are the most referred company in Bakersfield for 2 years in a row, VIA American Legion Post.

Avoid Power and Performance Air inc.:

If you need your A/C fixed on your home, avoid Power and Performance Air Inc. 1018 Brundage Lane. This business is a complete ripoff. They are very unprofessional, terrible customer relations. You ask them not to do something and they do it anyways, no respect for your property. Walked on tile roof and cracked the tiles after I asked them not to walk on it.They dont even have marked company vehicals or uniforms. Took 6 hours of waiting for them to come back with parts to fix my a/c and they couldnt even call me and let me know. They never returned so had to cancel. They are licenced thieves, so avoid.
