not only did it take them 1 month to repair my oven due to an incorrect diagnosis on their part, their customer service was absolutely horrible. they did not provide status updates and seemed quite put-off if you have the 'audacity' to contact them for time estimates for the repair. We finally stopped calling them and just waited for them to call us. The mobile phone's voice mail was always inconveniently full so you couldn't leave a message. Calling the office was a waste of time as well, since all the rep would say was 'I don't know, I'll ask the technician when I see him'. Highly unprofessional company that would recommend you avoid.
