PPL has the most unbelievably large collection of used RVs I have ever seen. They don't follow you around as you look so you don't have to worry about being bothered by a salesman while your shopping. The way friendly sales manager used his computer to help me sort thru all their RV's in a matter of minutes so I found exactly the RV I have been looking for. I always recommend PPL to everyone who is buying a motorhome or trailer.

I ordered an awning from the PPL Motorhomes parts department. When it was delivered the end had been broken, but you couldn’t tell it from the package. I took a picture of it and sent it to PPL. Using only the picture I sent them showing where I had opened the package they determined that I should have known it was broken before I opened it and have refused to provide a replacement or work with me in any way. I now have a $620 unusable awning. My recommendation is to avoid this company. Once they have your money you are nothing to them.
