I do not recommend Precise Fence & Supply, LLP.
At the end of April 2020, I signed an agreement with Precise Fence & Supply, LLP to install fencing around my in-ground pool with a commitment from Precise Fence that the work begin within 3 weeks of the contract's signing. At the time of the signing, I remitted to Precise Fencing a $200 deposit to make certain that I was placed on Precise Fence’s work schedule. On or around the start date mutually agreed to by contract, I called Precise Fence to obtain a firm date when Precise Fence would arrive to begin the work to make certain that I would be at my residence. Precise Fence indicated that they were busy. After several calls and an e-mail, I was still willing to reschedule. I expected Precise Fence to return my calls about a new date when they would begin the work. After several days following my final call and e-mail, Precise Fence showed up at my home (with no prior call) to return a check for the previously deposited $200. Precise Fence gave no explanation, offered no apology and made no gesture of professional courtesy to “make things right.”
Regrettably I waited approximately one month for Precise Fence to begin and complete the work or, at the very least, for Precise Fence to commit to begin and complete the work at a reasonable time thereafter. I relied foolishly on Precise Fence’s contractual obligation which caused me to lose one month in securing the services of another company. I question now whether Precise Fence ever intended to provide the service in the first place. This was a disappointing experience!
