I would not recommend this place to my enemies.
When i dropped my car of Derick told me he would call me twice a week with status updates on my car. The only time i heard any news about my car is when i call them. There were more than two occasions when he told me he would call me right back and didn't. I didn't hear from him the whole week until i called on the following Friday.
When i first picked up my 2008 Evo i was pleased to get it back. Then i started to notice things that were not fixed correctly.
The headlight didn't line up right, the mounting tab was cracked.
My fender was not bolted, piece of the window cowl trim was missing.
They never returned my wheel lock key.
The engine bay was filthy from the body work.
They had the car aligned at Brian Ford and instead of seeing if any other pieces of the suspension were bent the used a camber bolt to get the car back into alignment.
When i brought my car back in they put a bolt in the fender. Then told me i cracked the headlight and they were not going to do anything about the camber bolt because that is standard practice. When i removed the cowl (which i did not) that i must have lost the trim piece.
I will not be taking my car back to Precision Collision and i will make sure all my friends do not either.
