They got my A6 fixed and she's back on the road:
Had my A6 towed in because it died out on the Ballard Bridge, anyways these guys got me in a free loaner car so I wasn't to late for work... And then they got her all nice and washed too!! Thanks Guys!

Karl & John is a rare breed in the automotive repair business. He's honest, affordable, and reliable. I've taken my Cadillac CTS to him twice and he saved me $500 this last trip compared to other shops. Definitely recommend!

Karl & John are amazing! I brought in a non-running Honda Accord. Jason and team diagnosed and fixed it for me the same day. I was looking to get rid of the vehicle and he was nice enough to keep it in his lot for a couple days before the donation service picked it up. Talk about going above and beyond! Great customer service and fair pricing. I'll be recommending this shop to any friends who ask me about a mechanic.
