We are a non-profit organization established in 1993 providing free services to the greater Pendleton area. Our mission is to empower women and men through encouragement, support, and education to make life-affirming pregnancy decisions. We provide free pregnancy tests, parenting education, and free material services such as diapers, maternity clothing, and additional baby care items.
