Ed G., the General Manager and Vice President, was SO rude to my husband and me. We took our Durango there for service and it took a while to fix, so we asked for a Courtesy Car. Ed tried to sell us a new vehicle, said only "customers" were entitled to Courtesy Cars (um, what are we??)and then told us to rent a vehicle if we needed one so badly. He was incredibly rude, kept interrupting me and, at the end, was basically yelling at us to go rent a car. And he lied about being a 5-Star Chrysler dealership (they used to be but Chrysler received SO many complaints aobut them, they removed their 5-Star rating. The guys in the Service Department were nice, but if this joker is their G.M. and V.P., I don't need to give them a red cent again!!!
AVOID THEM!!!! Seriously.
PS- the only reason they have "1 star" from me is no stars isn't an option.
