My 9 YEAR old son had an appointment there today for a cleaning. I sat in the waiting room because they do not allow parents to go with their children to the back. I had my 2 year old son in his stroller with me. He started to fuss a little (not cry at all but fuss) and the receptionist came over and said "we had someone under sedation can you go outside." 1) If the small amount of noise he was making is going to wake up your patient under sedation then you need to work on your sedation techniques. 2) My pediatrician recommended this place to me, however they are not a kid friendly place and I will make sure to let my pediatrician know as well. 3) When they asked me to leave I asked if there was a payment due and she said "NO" when I went back inside to get a print out of the visit they handed me a $75.00 bill. 4) I have no idea how my sons teeth are doing because NO ONE came out to talk to me. They sent my 9 year old son outside by himself and he told me "I have no cavities mom." My family will NEVER return to this very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL business again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone ever again!!
