I highly caution any potential renter utilizing this company for your real estate needs. They are a truly unethical company with an ineffective, obtuse property manager handling transactions. During the lease signing he advised the house was move in ready and clean. He did not accompany us for a walk through. The property manager was purposefully deceptive about the condition of the home and surrounding area. My family moved into a filthy rental home. Previous junk including an unused satellite, trash, broken table and chair were left from the previous tenants. The main bathroom toilet and sink were clogged. We spent several days deep cleaning. I explained every bit this in the move in condition report. I also documented the condition of the home in a letter to the property manager. I included several pictures. We were charged for hauling away junk left by previous renters as well as $150.00 for weed whacking and mowing. It is not my fiscal responsibility when I move in to clean a filthy rental home and haul away junk from a previous tenant. Additionally, before we moved out, they scheduled potential renters every 15 minutes one Saturday afternoon and did not even have a company rep there. Premier is horrible and will find a way to keep your deposit. It's a real money maker for them. They do nothing for a new tenant moving in but charge you for the very existing issues you move into. I am not the only renter they have done this to. Premier Real Estate are slumlords. They promote unethical business practices and over inflate charges against tenants to keep their security deposits. They protect themselves with an iron clad lease but the renters have no protection. I have proof, documentation and correspondence of my rental circumstances. On an additional note, the property manager there also sells homes on a sister website. I cannot imagine his disreputable business practices only extend to his renters. Renters and buyers beware!!!!!
