Mike Prendeville came through for us - delivered even more than he promised. He and his team did a 'clean out' of my mom's home on very short notice recently. Mike met the challenge and did an outstanding job. And, the work was completed a few hours ahead of the time we agreed on! Most of us don't need the services he offers on a regular basis and it's not always easy to get a referral.
