Shower remodel nightmare:
Our experience was a nightmare. The project should have taken 4 days but actually lasted 4 months! The contractor sent a variety of crews. The first crew demo'd the old shower stall. The second crew fixed the mistakes of the first crew's mess. The crew installed the tile fine, but the grout job had to be redone twice. For each appointed time, the crew arrived late or didn't show at all. Another contractor evaluated our shower and he said it looks like the work of an amateur. We are filing a complaint with the Oregon CCB against Prestige. Look elsewhere, do NOT hire Prestige!!

They don't care, so I don't care!:
We signed up for an estimate with Prestige at the Home Show in Portland. About a week or so later Jamie, came out and did a bid on our yard which included a fence, paved deck, driveway and shed. We asked if they could provide references and Jamie said sure, he would email us that following Monday. I called on Tuesday and left a message for him and also asked if they could pass on that we wanted pricing for a change to our bid as well. No call back. Called again. No call back. Now onto week two, still nothing. So let me get this straight, you want me to put down over $20k on a company who can't even respond to phone calls? NOPE!

So happy with our painted house and pergola!:
Prestige repaired rotting trim, repair fascia boards, washed, and painted two story home and pergola. Also include sanding and staining of cedar pergola ceiling and shakes. It went great. Our job went promptly into the queue and we had workers here with a week. Painter and crew excellent! Cleaned up after themselves everyday and the house and pergola looks fabulous! Jamie was very helpful with advice and preparing our bid and the follow up. The neighbors want to know when we put the pergola up (ummmm...5 years ago!) The new paint job must have caught people's eye. Every day when I drive home -- I say to myself -- I love my house!
The only tiny complaint is we didn't get the phone call or email letting us know that that they were starting and what day.
Overall -- A!
