Prestige Installations

It is unfortunate that companies and owner's dont take responsibilities for there own actions. And the owner, Kim, of this company is one of those type of people. Here is what happened to me.

This company was hired by LOWES to install my blinds. Unfortunately, they installed my blinds incorrectly, causing a leak in my window frame. As professionals, you would think they would know better or at least ask the right questions.

Initially, she was friendly and returned my calls. However, once the situation came to who will pay for the damages, things changed. Bottom line, she was rude (hung up on me) and then would not answer my calls to discuss the situation.

I ended up footing the $1500 bill to get my windows fixed that SHE damaged.

I am now over 1 month into this situation, still without blinds and trying to work with LOWES now to get someone else to come and put it in for me.

Be warned - dont use this company and dont support people who dont take responsibility for their own actions!

SO RUDE!!!! I was giving them the benefit of the doubt as a local business, and they were not involved in the initial delay of my order. I mistakenly went through Home Depot to have my house fitted with wood blinds, who contracted Prestige Installation to install them for me... I have waited 2 MONTHS for blinds in my master bedroom... Prestige now has my blinds, but is at least a week out from being able to even install them... and they can't even tell me when I can pick them up just so I can hire someone else to install them for me!!! An honest legit business! Like seriously how do people operate businesses like this?!! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT use this company! I called, left messages, called again, finally talked to someone who was so RUDE!!! I hope this business bankrupts with service and employees like this... We need honest local businesses in our community, not scam artists!
