The kickboxing class is a great way to exercise and the hour flies by. Jordan the instructor is awesome!

Cardio Kickboxing at Pride Martial Arts is a great class and great workout! Coach Jordan is a fantastic instructor. He makes every class fun and different. I never thought I would enjoy kickboxing as much as I do and I look forward to every class. I even got my husband to come to class with me!

My son has been a part of Pride for about a year now. He does Taekwondo, Judo and Sparring there. I started doing cardio kickboxing about 5 months and my husband started adult Judo. We couldn't be more happy. Everyone there is great and treats you like family. There is a special bond in all of the classes with the students, instructors and parents. Highly recommend if anyone is looking.

I absolutely love the cardio kickboxing classes at Pride Martial Arts. Coach Jordan is the best instructor I've ever had. He is so knowledgeable and he really cares. The classes are never boring and the workouts are the best I've ever had. I leave each class feeling great and I'm definitely stronger. Everyone needs to try these classes! I highly recommend them. This is definitely my happy place!
