run away fast. do not use:

Max, the owner, took a $10,000 deposit and assured me we would have our product on time. It is now three months past the due date, we hired someone else to fulfill the order, and he has still not refunded us any money. He finally returned my phone call now that I have threatened to go to the District Attorney and called him a thief. He doesn't want to return the money because he claims he ordered some product but just hasn't had the time to install. We don't need it anymore. We needed it done three months ago. Run away and do not use this crook.
