I was the ONLY person there, had my 8 month old with me. I just needed a physical. Waited an HOUR until I was called back. Why? Because the 3 ladies were chatting about stupid c@!p (i could hear it all.) Someone comes in to ask for a refill of their prescription. The receptionist just calls CVS and refills it. Later the Dr. Walks by and she said she did that and he said he didn't care and they laughed about it. When I'm finally called back, the chick tells me I need to pay her $25 for a copay... my copays are just $20... apparently it's $5 extra for a credit card? Which I think is illegal? So was she just going to pocket the $5 if I paid in cash? I left before even seeing the Dr. I can't believe that place is still in business.
