unprofessional:

as a graphic designer, i've worked with all sorts of printing companies, but i must say, this has been the worst experience ever. their website isn't finished/working. they have an AOL.com email address to send artwork to, but the mailbox is full. they have no FTP site to transfer larger artwork, and don't try calling their phone number after hours- their voicemail box is ALSO full! i have no idea how they stay in business with this lack of service. i will never work with this company again.
